Hello!
Thanks for visiting our shop! We are a small letterpress print shop located in Seattle. All of our products are designed and lovingly printed in our Central District studio. We print all of our products using our vintage 1920s Chandler & Price letterpress.

Payments
We use Paypal to facilitate all of our payment. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us. Look for the "continue" button under the "don't have a Paypal account" heading, if you prefer not to login. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments.

Shipping
Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. We ship mainly USPS first class to keep costs low for you, however we do ship Priority Mail as well. We recommend purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If you would like insurance, please let us know when you make your purchase, so we can modify your invoice in PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly give you store credit in exchange. You will need to return the order to us in its original condition. Once we receive it (still in original condition), we will issue you the store credit, good for 10 weeks. Please note, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, thus we suggest you purchase insurance.

Additional Info
Please note the characteristics of letterpress are slight variations in color, impression and registration, making each piece unique. We pay very careful attention to detail and quality, but the variations show a human had a hand in the process and gives letterpress a distinct charm.

We love to do bulk, custom and wholesale orders. Custom orders start at a minimum of 50 pieces. There are special requirement for wholesale orders. Please feel free to email us at hello(at)tuttalou(dot)com for more information.
